I have been leading teams for over 30 years across 4 business sectors which includes Power Generation, Oil and Gas, High Performance Sport and Education establishments. I am an effective communicator in the art of training on the shop floor and in the classroom. I understand how people behave which is an essential skill and I am clear that having the patience to get to know what kind of character and personality each team member has is a huge contributing factor within the team.
