Introducing Sharon
I am passionate about training, passionate about people learning and growing, I love to watch that light bulb moment when someone just gets it – do you know what I mean?
I’m hard working, personable and caring. I value peoples and their strengths and weaknesses. It’s so rewarding to watch people become who they are meant to be! We are not all amazing leaders right? So let us help you be that amazing, inspiring, motivational, charismatic leader

I started training in the retail industry in 2004, from the minute I stepped into the training room I knew I had found my vocation. I qualified in training delivery, training design and facilitation through the TAP programme in 2005.
Initially class room based for bespoke IT systems, 42 in total, and soft skills for example, time management, influencing skills, stress management, critical thinking and emotional intelligence, comfort zones and fish bone analysis to name a few. I learned so much about human nature and the ways people learn and grow from those first few years.
I then moved on to leadership training, at the time it was all about Myers Briggs, Maslow Hierarchy of needs and many more.
I have trained people from all over the world, in part due to the university where I live, many different sectors all over the UK from Customer Service Teams to mid-level management to senior managers, solicitors and board members. I have travelled extensively throughout the UK delivering many different corporate training modules in London, Leeds, Liverpool, Bury, Glasgow, Cardiff, Glasgow and Dundee, among others.
During my time in the retail sector I managed many teams, up to 26 people in a team which only grew my deep passion to help people grow and mature into their true potential which took me back to the learning sector.
I became a Bluesky facilitator in 2017, facilitating courses on many different subjects within my specialised retailed field again taking to the road all over the UK to share my knowledge with many different people from all walks of life.
I now work for a charity whose motto is “In meeting the needs of other we meet the needs in ourselves” for me this is so important in every walk in life. Everyone deserves the chance to develop, participate in experiences and be the person they are meant to be – at home and at work.
