Training has been the thread that pulls my career together. Starting off, over 20 years ago, as a customer service trainer, I realised that this was a vocation for me.

- BA (Hons) Marketing and Communication
- Award in Education and Training
- Diploma in TESOL
- Native Speaker of English
- Business level speaker of Italian
Now, entering into my third decade in front of groups of delegates, the motivation, enthusiasm, and belief I have in training has not dimmed.
I write numerous programmes, usually bespoke to the client and use my direct experience running and leading in my own company, that employs up to 50 people. While I know that management is a team effort, I also know that it is important to make that effort with experienced, empathetic organisers who have lived many real-life situations, brought from outside to the classroom.
Nothing here is theory only, all our methods are tried and tested management skills
